Feelings of worthlessness

We all at one time or another feel we are worthless, that everything around us Family, friends are somewhere in a gray fog and we are not there with them, because of us feeling worthless. That feeling we could throw our self’s away and no one would notice or care.  That is not true you are someone of importance and people do care about you and what you are going through.

When these feeling come on us we need to break through these walls, to be able to see who you really are and that you our worth more then you can ever image.

How can we do that ? Look in a mirror and say to you’re self I”am worth more then can be imaged and people do care about me.

This is the beginning of breaking out of this feeling of worthlessness.

  • Take your med’s as prescribed
  • Talk with someone about your feelings . This could be your Doctor or counselor or even a good friend.
  • Find things that make you happy and do them.

These things well help you during this time of feeling worthless, to help you break through and come out victories.

Enjoy life to its fullness


Work Anxiety

At one time or another we all get stress out at work, work flow become overwhelming  and then your anxiety starts to be come to much.

Maybe your work becomes to much for you, or it could be someone is stressing you out.

We can handle this a fellow ways through medicines or though some easy things you can do right away while your waiting to see your doctor.

First, make sure you take for breaks and lunch break.  when you do go out of the office, get some fresh air, breathe in through the nose out through the mouth. This can help to lower your anxiety level.

Second while out on your breaks try listening to some music, or continue reading a book you like, these can help as well.

Anxiety can be dealt in many ways even getting a good nights sleep can help.

It maybe OK

A new year is upon us, as some of us have made New Years resolutions, We as the ones who are in need, need to make plans for what we are going to do when stress, anxiety, and depression strike.

What are some of the things we can try before we are overwhelmed with it.

  • Deep Breathing
  • Long Walk
  • Read a Book
  • Do A Puzzle
  • Play Ball with someone
  • Talk with Someone who can be a good listener
  • Geo-Caching
  • Play a Board Game
  • Coloring

These are some of the things you can do to help suppress these feelings and make them go away.

So just take one day at a time using one or more of the suggestions we have given you to try.

It will all be fine you can get thought this with the help of  your Doctors, Counselors, Family and Friends.
