This is the time of year when thoughts of suicide come about. We as family members need to keep up with our loved one’s.
Try to keep them as active, talking to some one about there feelings and watch there sleeping pattens
We need to help them to break there depressive patterns. If we don’t then we could loss one of are love one’s
Let’s all celebrate this season with those we love.
